CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

 

We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. 

We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair. 

Please email info@lorvine.com when you are ready to proceed with your exchange for a faulty product. 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES, CUSTOMS OR DUTIES ON MY ORDER?

International customers (outside of the EU or EMEA) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by L'Orvine, and this cannot be refunded.
